Almshouses. Early C19. Brick in Flemish bond; brick stacks to
party walls and east facing return.
PLAN: forms the north side of this U-shaped group.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and 8-window range. All windows in gauged
brick, with pointed-arch openings and Gothick glazing bars.
Westernmost unit of 2 windows, the other 2 of 3 each. 3-light
windows, except in entrance ranges where they are 2-light.
Plaque under sill of 1st-floor window, 4th window range.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of a very strong group and bilaterally symmetrical with
the South Range (qv).
