GV II

Monument to James Christie, d.1803, founder of the auction
house, and several of his family. Mid-C19. Grey granite cross
with a square plinth bearing inscriptions on each side and
with 4 cross-bars with semicircular arms. The monument is very
prominent within the gardens.
