House. Early C19. Red brick; pantiled roof.

EXTERIOR: two storeys; two window range. West elevation with panelled door to right under gabled hood. One 6/6 unhorned sash to left under gauged skewback arch. Two similar sashes to first floor. Partly external stack to north gable end. Two storey outshut attached to north. C20 half-glazed door in east return below a two-light C20 casement. Two-light casements to north and west returns. Dentil eaves cornice.

INTERIOR: ground floor with boxed bridging beam and one two-panelled door. Blocked winder staircase by stack. C20 stairs in use.
