The gardener's cottage of Church House, South Grove (qv),
situated to the rear of Highgate Literary and Scientific
Institute, No.11 South Grove (qv); now private residence. Late
C18. Brown brick and slated hipped roof. 2 storeys with later
attic. South side double fronted with 3 windows. Segmental
gauged brick arch to square-headed, architraved doorway.
Segmental arches to slightly recessed sashes with exposed
boxing. Parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to retain
some panelling.
