Terraced house. Early C19 with later alterations. Yellow stock
brick with channelled stucco ground floor and plain stucco 1st
floor band. Slated roof with boxed out eaves and tall slab
chimney-stacks. 2 storeys and basement. Double fronted with 3
windows plus later 1 storey 1 window extension with plain
entrance to right and late C20 2 storey 1 window extension to
left. Projecting portico with pilaster strips supporting an
elliptical arch patterned fanlight, cornice and blocking
course; doorway with panelled pilaster-jambs carrying cornice
head, double panelled doors. Recessed sashes, those to 1st
floor with gauged brick flat arches. INTERIOR: not inspected.
