Row of 4 houses, now shop and 3 houses. Probably mid C19;
altered. Red brick in English garden wall bond (4 plus one
courses), graduated slate roof. Double-depth plan, each house
single-fronted (and entrance to No.56 in right-hand gable
wall).
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. At ground floor Nos 56,
58 & 60 each have a 3-light sliding sash window, Nos 58 & 60
have segmental-headed doorways to the left, No.62 has a shop
front with terminal pilasters and plain fascia, large 2-light
window and doorway to the left. First floor: Nos 58, 60 & 62
each have a smaller 3-light sliding sash. 3 corniced ridge
chimneys.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group with Nos 68-86 opposite (qv).
