House. Probably late C18; altered and extended to rear in late
C20. White painted render probably on brick, slate roof. Very
small single-depth 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey; 2-window range. C20 3-light
casements. Extruded gable chimney to left. Addition to rear of
this end.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms group particularly with No.54 to right (qv), and
generally with the group of similar houses on this road, all
variously altered but representative of the pre-industrial
character of this area.
