Grimsby Education Department Offices Built in 1900/1 by Hewins And Goodhand Grimsby to the Design of Grimsby Architect Herbert Charles Scaping.(1865 - 1934) There is a carved relief of the Borough Seal showing Grim and Havelok the Dane under the central window. The Octagonal Cupola with Onion Dome and Needle Finial a distinctive feature of Scaping's work has at some time been removed. The Building is Grade II Listed.
