House. Early C19. Brick, tarred. Welsh slate roof.
Approximately L-shaped on plan, with 2-room, central
entrance-hall south front and kitchen wing to rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-window range; symmetrical. Gabled
enclosed porch with round-headed entrance with brick impost
bands, radial fanlight, inserted C20 glazed door. Wide 6/6
ground-floor sashes with sills beneath cambered brick arches.
First floor with 3/6 sashes, the central one narrower, in
similar surrounds. End stacks, extended with narrower upper
shaft.
Right return: 4/4 ground-floor sash, 2/4 sash above. Left
return has original 6/6 sash. Most sashes are later
replacements of smaller-paned originals.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
