House, c1800 with late 20th Century alterations and renovations. Brown brick, rendered to left gable-end, with concrete tile roof to the front, slate to the rear. Two room, central entrance-hall plan.
EXTERIOR: two storeys, three window range; symmetrical. 20th Century uPVC door, overlight and windows in original openings with segmental rubbed-brick arches and sills. Stepped eaves. End stacks.
INTERIOR: dog-leg staircase with corniced handrail and plain balusters.
