Terraced house, now shops and flats. Early C19. Stucco scored
to imitate ashlaring. Roof obscured by blocking course. 3
storeys and attic over basement. 3-window range. Elevation
symmetrical. All windows flat arched with projecting sills.
Storey band between the first and second floors. Full
entablature to second floor, the upper fascia of which level
with the sills of the attic windows. Cornice to attic. Windows
with deep reveals with sashes of an original design: 8 x 8 to
all floors. Stacks to party walls. INTERIOR: not inspected.
No.1 forms a group with Nos 3-6 Bartholomews (qv).
