Terraced houses. c1807-28 with later alterations. Stucco,
roofs of slate.
3 storeys over basement with dormers in roof, one-window
range. Ground floor of Nos 10-11 decorated with banded
rustication. Nos 10-12 have flat-arched entrance with
overlight, No.13 has pointed-arched entrance with decorative
glazing to fanlight; Nos 12 and 13 have panelled doors of
original design. Full-height segmental bays offset a little to
left on the upper floors, except that the upper bays on Nos 10
and 11 are canted. Triple windows, flanked on the ground floor
of Nos 11 and 12 by fluted pilasters; first-floor bracketed
verandah to Nos 10-12, balcony to No.13, all with cast-iron
railings. Nos 10 and 11 have pilasters to the first and second
floors between each house, No.13 has recessed rectangular
panels in part; continuous cornice, blocking course; dormers
in mansard roof; stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area.
