Terraced house. c1807-28 with later alterations. Stucco, roof
of slate. 4 storeys over basement, one-window range. Ground
floor decorated with banded rustication. Steps up to
flat-arched entrance with overlight; full-height bay offset a
little on upper floors, segmental to ground floor, canted
above; triple windows to ground floor flanked by fluted
pilasters; bracketed verandah to first floor with cast-iron
railings; cornice over second floor; attic added with
secondary cornice and blocking course; stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area.
