Terraced house. c1825. Stucco, roof of tiles. 4 storeys over
basement with dormer, one-window range. Flat-arched entrance
with overlight; full-height segmental bay with tripartite
windows and sashes of original design; first-floor verandah
with cast-iron railings and arcading to the canopy and
decorative ironwork to the spandrels; wreathed frieze, cornice
and blocking course, the course interrupted for the dormer;
stacks to party wall. INTERIOR: not inspected.
