Terraced house. c1825. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
2 storeys, one-window range. Ground floor decorated with
banded rustication. Flat-arched entrance with overlight;
2-storey segmental bay with semi-dome, the windows with
central mullion and 6/6 sashes of original design; storey band
interrupted by bay; Ionic pilasters flanking first floor;
entablature; blocking course; stack to party wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area
with spearhead finials.
