Terraced house, now shop and flats. Early C19. Stucco. Roof
parapeted.
4 storeys over basement. One-window range. Remains of late C19
shop front to ground floor. Above a full-height segmental bay
with flat-arched, tripartite windows. First-floor sashes of
original design, 6 x 9 to centre and 4 x 6 to sides;
second-floor sashes 6 x 6 to centre and 4/4 to sides; and
third-floor 3 x 3 to centre and 2 x 2 to sides. Coping to
parapet. The building extends through the block and has an
elevation on Bartholomews which is included in this listing.
The Bartholomews elevation has the same plan and materials as
that on East Street. All windows are flat arched with
projecting sills. Sashes of original design, 8 x 8, 4 x 8 and
4 x 4 to first through third floors respectively.
