Terraced house. c1825. Stucco. Roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement. 2-window range. Steps up to
round-arched entrance, blocked fanlight and architrave
interrupted by vermiculated keystone. To left is a full-height
segmental bay with tripartite, flat-arched windows. Balcony
with cast-iron railings in intersecting Gothic arch pattern
and cast-iron brackets to first floor only, segmental in plan.
To right of bay in the entrance-range of the first and second
floors is a single blocked, camber-arched window with
projecting sill. Second-floor camber-arched window and
ground-floor bay windows have vermiculated keystones to
lintels. Stacks to party wall.
