Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco. Roof obscured by parapet. Four storeys over basement, three window-range. C20, flat-arched entrance through stair tower and foyer built to join unit with No.62 Marine Parade (qv) after conversion of whole block into flats (Northumberland Court). Ground-floor windows, which are ogee-headed and subordered, recall the Mughal-inspired window heads added to the Royal Pavilion (qv) after 1817. Basement windows are camber arched. Upper half of windows have decorative sashes of original design. Lower sashes of original design. All other windows flat arched with sashes of original design. Facade treated as full-height, nearly full-width segmental bay.
