Terraced house. Mid C19. Stucco. Roof parapeted.
4 storeys over basement. Round-arched entry with decorative
fanlight, to the right of full-height segmental bay. The entry
framed by engaged, fluted Tuscan columns and entablature with
metope frieze. Banded rustication to basement, ground and
first floors. All windows are flat arched. The tripartite bay
windows have keyed lintels. First-floor verandah with concave
metal roof and cast-iron brackets, railings and stanchions;
wood valence to eaves of verandah. Second- and third-floor bay
windows have a plain plinth band, sill bands, and keyed
lintels. Cornice to the top floor. Rails to entry stairs.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
