Terraced houses. c1815. Black mathematical tiles with painted
brick dressings to the quoins; roof of tiles to No.12 and
slate to No.13. Flat-arched entrance with reeded architrave
and overlight; segmental bays to ground and first floors, the
first floors offset; tripartite windows to all floors, those
to the second floor widened, on the evidence of remaining
gauged brick heads; the sashes to No.12 are of original design
on ground and first floors, as they are on first floor of
No.13. No.13 has a bracketed verandah, probably of later date
than the house; parapet; dormer in pitched roof to No.12 and
in mansard roof to No.13; stacks to side walls only.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area.
