Terraced house. c1800, refronted and refenestrated in mid C19.
Stuccoed with rusticated ground floor; slate mansard roof and
brick chimneystack. 4 storeys over half-basement with attic, 3
window range, 2 of which are in full-height curved bay. Sashes
without glazing bars. Moulded architraves with cornices and
paterae to first floor. Two flat-roofed dormers with 6-pane
sashes. Quadrant-cornered opening with overlight and door of
original design.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Elaborate mid C19 cast-iron balcony
and spear railings to steps and area.
