Terraced houses. Early C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement, one-window range. Steps up to
flat-arched entrance with canopy on scrolled consoles,
overlight, and panelled door of original design to Nos 37 and
38; 3-storey bays to right with windows of original triplet
form to Nos 37 and 38 and sashes of original design to No.37
and perhaps to first and second floors of No.38; cast-iron
balconette to ground floor of No.38; bracketed balcony to
No.39 with cast-iron railings; cornice and blocking course;
stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Cast-iron area railings with spearhead finials.
