Terraced houses. Early C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement, one-window range. Steps up to
flat-arched entrance with pilasters, architrave, shallow
stepped blocking course and overlight; 3-storey bays to right
flanked by pilasters with flat-arched triplet windows to all
floors and sashes of original design. No.43 has a first-floor
bracketed balcony with cast-iron railings having anthemion
ornament; stepped frieze and moulded cornice, blocking course;
stacks to party wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron area railings with
spearhead finials.
