Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys, one window range. All windows flat-arched. Round
arched entrance framed by Doric pilasters and cornice;
fanlight. Ground floor has banded rustication. Full-height
segmental bay with tripartite windows having sashes of
original design: ground and second floors 6 x 6 to centre
light, 2 x 2 to sidelights; first floor 6 x 9 to centre light,
2 x 3 to sidelights. Bracketed balcony with cast-iron
balustrade to first floor. The bay is flanked by Doric
pilasters to the first and second floors; plain storey band
between these floors; overall cornice now much simplified;
parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected.
