Premises. Mid-C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet. One
storey, one-window range. The building has the vestiges of a
C19 shop or office front with a flat-arched entrance either
side of a shop window, Doric pilasters, panelled door of
original design to left, and balustraded parapet.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value with Nos
12-14 Pavilion Buildings (qv) and No.5 Palace Place (qv).
