Terraced house. Mid-C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
2 storeys, 3-window range in main front, one window in wing
set back to right. Basket-arched entrance to right; broad
basket-arched entrance to left with moulded sill band; stucco
panels below sill band and either side of window; cornice over
ground floor, breaking forward over entrance; upper windows
flat-arched; main cornice now simplified; parapet.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value.
