Terraced house. Early C19, shop front added in mid to late C19
now much altered. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet. 4 storeys;
one-window range. Canted bay with tripartite, flat-arched
windows rises from first to third floors. Cornice. Stacks to
party wall. INTERIOR: not inspected.
This building forms part of an entire block of listed
buildings, Nos 87-90 St James's Street (qv). Included for
group value.
