Terraced house and shop. Early-to-mid-C19. Stucco, roof
obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement, one window on Victoria Street, 3 on
Victoria Road, the westernmost blank. Shop front on corner
with early-to-mid-C19 curved double doors; shop-front glazing
probably of C19 date in whole or part, with bracketed oriel in
Victoria Street. 2-storey canted bay to Victoria Street.
Ground floor decorated with banded rustication in Victoria
Road; round-arched entrance in Victoria Road with archivolt
partly altered, fanlight and panelled door of original design;
flat-arched windows with sashes of original design; storey
band between first and second floors; cornice and parapet;
side stack in Victoria Street.
INTERIOR: not inspected. The building is included because of
the survival of the shop front.
