GV II

Terraced house. c1870. Brick painted, and possibly stuccoed in
part, roof obscured by parapet. 2 storeys, 3-window range,
double-fronted. Steps up to 4-centred arched entrance with
moulding descending from storey band to give a remotely
Tudor-arched effect; doorcase renewed with side- and
overlights; all windows flat-arched with chamfered reveals;
rendered dressings to ground-floor openings; cornice with
billet mouldings; parapet with moulded coping stepped up 3
times to centre. INTERIOR: not inspected. Stuccoed dwarf walls
to steps with square corniced gate piers.
