alterations including mid-late C20 ground-floor shop fronts.
Reddish-brown brick with painted stucco front facade and Welsh
slate roof.
3 storeys, 4 first-floor openings. First floor: two 6/6
sashes, blind opening, 6/6 sash. Second floor: two 3/6 sashes,
blind opening, 3/6 sash. All windows in plain reveals and with
sills. Ground floor: part-glazed doors in glazed shop front.
Between first and second floors is a long, narrow raised
plaque. Centre and left stacks.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: Regent Street, originally known as Cross
Street, was laid out c1808-1814.
Forms a group with Nos 86, 86A, 88 and 90 Regent Street (qv).
