Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco; roof obscured by parapet.
4 storeys over basement, stepping down to 2 storeys on left
return. One window-range on main elevation, 5 window-range on
left return. Full-height bay to main elevation, segmental from
first to third floors. Balcony to first floor carried on
twisted, cast-iron colonnettes; cast-iron railing. Flat arched
entry on return framed by Tuscan pilasters and entablature. To
either side of entry is a full-height segmental bay with
sashes of original design in ground and first floors. All
windows flat arched. Stacks to party wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to basement area.
