Terraced houses, now flats. Early C19. Stucco. Roof of slate.
4 storeys over half basement, No.112 with flat-arched dormer.
3 windows each. Stairs up to entries, that to No.111 round
arched with fanlight, that to No.112 flat arched with
overlight. Ground floor has banded rustication, becoming
voussoirs and keystone to entry of No.111. First-floor windows
round arched, opening out onto a balcony with cast-iron
railings; balcony supported by a fluted Doric colonnade of 5
bays across both units; in C20 first-floor glassed in to form
front rooms, and, in one case, a kitchen, for the flats
behind. All windows flat arched with continuous architraves.
Cornice and parapet. Stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to stairs, areas and drive.
Nos 111-119, and 122-133A Marine Parade (qv) form a group
together with the whole of Marine Square (qv).
