House. C17 with later alterations. Coursed squared limestone
rubble with ashlar dressings; steeply pitched corrugated-iron
roof with C19 and earlier brick end stacks. 2-unit plan plus
single-storey outshut to left with rear wing.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Rear, entrance, front has
plat band over ground floor. Blocked entrance with keyed
lintel to left of present entrance with plank door; window to
each end of ground floor with keyed lintel over 2-light
casement; first floor has 2 windows with timber lintels over
2-light casements; raking roof dormer has raking tiled recess
below 2-light leaded casement.
Wing has C20 re-entrant porch. Front has ground-floor windows
with timber lintels over single-light and 2-light C20
casements; similar 2-light casements to first floor; outshut
has small window under lintel.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
