GV II

House. C17 with C19 or C20 alterations and early C19 addition
to right. Timber-frame with brick infill, wing to right of
brick laid to Flemish bond with ashlar dressings; old tile
roofs with brick end stacks and parapets. 2 single-unit plans
to street.
EXTERIOR: to left: 2 storeys; single-window range. Brick
ground floor, and square framing with brick infill to first
floor. Entrance to right has C20 plank door with hood attached
to canted bay window to left; first floor has window with
2-light small-paned casement.
To right: taller 2-storey; 2-window range with rebuilt
parapets and end stacks. Worn top cornice. Canted bay window
to ground floor; first floor has windows with sills, and flat
arches with key blocks over 8/8 sashes. Late C20 addition to
right of single storey with attic and full-width through way.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
