House, now shop. C16 with late C18 and C20 alterations.
Timber-frame with plastered infill; painted brick refronting
to right; gabled Welsh slate roof with brick stack to rear
with 3 clustered diagonal shafts. 2-unit plan with cross-wing
to left.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Wing has jettied first
floor with one bracket to left end. C19 or early C20 shop
front with bracketed cornice over paired glazed doors with
rounded upper angles with flanking 2-light windows with
similar glazing; passageway to right end; wing has entrance
with C20 door in heavy frame to right of canted bay window
with 4/4:8/8:4/4 sashes. First floor of main range has window
with sill and 6/6 sash in moulded frame; wing has C19
projecting window with off-set over 4-light transomed
casement.
INTERIOR: has ceiling with flat joists and timber-framed
partition walls.
