2 houses, now shops and offices. c1800. Brick with stucco
front; parapeted roof with brick ridge and end stacks. Each of
central staircase plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 6-window range. First-floor sill band;
top frieze, cornice and parapet. Throughway to left of centre
has rusticated wedge lintel, doors removed; C20 shop front to
left; early C20 double-fronted shop front to right end has
recessed entrance with overlight to glazed door, canopy and
angled fascia. Ground-floor window to right of centre has sill
and 6/6 sash; similar windows to upper floors, but
second-floor windows have 3/6 sashes. Rear has windows with
brick flat arches and C19 and C20 wings.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
