Dovecote. C17. Coursed squared ironstone; slate roof.
Rectangular plan.
EXTERIOR: plinth; coped stone gables with finials.
Segmental-headed entrance in gable end has renewed plank door
in wood frame; in gable head a 2-light double-chamfered
mullioned window. Steeply-pitched gabled roof has a louvred
turret with ogee cupola and wind vane. Rear has
segmental-headed window with brick arch and small-paned
glazing; 2-light mullioned window to gable. Right return has
low opening with single-chamfered ashlar reveals and C18 brick
infill.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
