3 cottages, now one. C17 and early C18. Timber-frame with
painted brick infill on rubble plinth; coursed rubble to
right; part with brick 1st floor and part to right end with
dressed stone 1st floor; half-hipped thatched roof with brick
axial stack to rear of ridge and cross-axial stack to front of
ridge. 3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey plus attic. 3-window range. Square
framing to left of centre section, and wall post with brace
suggesting centre section originally timber-framed. Entrance
to left of centre has timber lintel over plank door. 2 windows
to left end; window to centre and 3 windows to right end under
timber lintels, all with renewed 2-light small-paned
casements; small light to right of centre. 3 eyebrow dormers,
one timber-framed and 2 brick, with 2-light and 3-light
small-paned casements. Timber-framed left return with 2
casement windows to each floor. Entrance to rear.
