House. Mid to late C18. Brick laid to Flemish bond on rubble
plinth; tile roof, with slate to raised front pitch, with
brick projecting end stacks. 3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Top dentiled
brick cornice. Entrance to left of centre has gabled canopy
over 6-fielded-panel door with eared plaster surround. Central
canted bay window with hipped slate roof over 1:3:1-light
leaded glazing with iron opening casements; windows to each
end and to first floor have rubbed brick cambered arches over
3-light leaded casements with iron opening casements, the
central first-floor window with 2-light casement; second floor
has small square windows with similar 2-light casements.
Gabled roof.
Left return has C20 garage. Rear has some stone to ground
floor; two C19 single-storey gabled wings to right of tall
stair window with transom and small-paned glazing.
