GV II

House in row, with shop. Mid to late C19. Red brick in Flemish
bond with stone dressings. Welsh slate gabled roof behind
parapet, brick chimney stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys with attic, 2 bays. Late C19 shop front
between panelled pilasters and thin fascia, with recessed
doorway and part-glazed door towards right, the transomd
display windows having leaded coloured glass toplight. Above,
plain end pilasters, sill band courses, moulded cornice and
plain coping to parapet. Margin-pane sashes in moulded stone
architraves, with small brackets under second floor sills.
Flat roofed dormer window over bay one.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Similar to but not identical with No.75 (qv) adjoining.
