House, now shop. Early/mid C19 facade to earlier property.
Rendered, hipped clay pantiled roof with ridge at right angles
to street, behind parapet, brick chimney stack. Right-angle
plan.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, single bay C19 shop front across ground
floor, with slim rendered pilasters flanking a later
half-glazed door in recess, up one step, to left, and a
28-pane bow window, slim fascia above, without cornice. Upper
floors have 4-pane sash windows in simple openings, plain
parapet. Projecting hanging sign on wrought-iron bracket
immediately left of first-floor window.
