GV II

House. c1800, with C20 extensions. Red brick, coursed stone
plinth and painted stone band. Plain-tile roof. Integral brick
gable-end stacks. Rectangular plan parallel to street.
EXTERIOR: street front is a 2-storey, 3-window range of
mullion and transom wood casement windows, single-mullion at
first floor and 2-mullion at ground floor, with cambered
rubbed brick lintels. Central door with panelled reveals,
fluted pilastered frame, fanlight with radial bars and fluted
boxed entablature with diamond-shaped ornament and scrolled
brackets. C20 2-storey addition to right with bay window.
