House. Dated 1753. Stone rubble, faced with coursed squared
stones. Plain old tile roof. Projecting stepped gable-end
chimneys with restored brick stacks, that to the right now
encased in extension bay. Rectangular plan parallel to street.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey and attic. Front is a 2-storey, 3-window
range of 6/6 sashes. Central C19 gabled stone porch with
glazed front door. 3 through-eaves dormers with 3/6 sashes.
The windows are in plain ashlar surrounds with keyblocks.
Slightly recessed extension bay to right with single 6/6 sash
at each storey. Rear covered by later extensions.
INTERIOR: swept moulded mantelbeam. Reset C17 panelling on
dog-leg staircase.
