Farmhouse. Early C19. Red brick, with gauged brick slightly
cambered lintels. Plain-tile roof, partly projecting brick
gable-end stacks. L-shaped plan of main range parallel to road
and rear wing.
EXTERIOR: street front is a 3-storey, 3-window range of 8/8
sashes with 4/4 sashes at top storey, tiled gabled brick porch
at centre, with C20 panelled door. Right side: main range to
left with central projecting stack and 6/6 sash at ground
floor, right return side with 6/6 first-floor sash with 3/3
sash over and hipped tiled brick porch covering back door.
Rear wing to right with 8/8 sash with 4/4 sash over and wood
casement at ground floor with brick segmental arch.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
