2 houses over shops. Early C19. Brick with cogged dentil
course eaves. Slate roof with steeper plain-tiled rear pitch.
Central brick ridge stacks.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 2-window range of 8/8 sashes in openings
with painted stone lintels to upper floors. No.11 to right has
mid C19 double-fronted shop window with curved fascia, end
brackets, 6-panelled door with top-light. No.12 to left has
C19 8/8 bowed sash window with bowed fascia and fluted
architraves forming shop window. Glazed panelled door to left
with projecting leaded canopy. 3-light opening with brick
segmental arch at high level in left return gable of No.12.
Rear: No.11 has C19 French windows with moulded casement heads
at first floor, 2-light casement and C20 casement at second
floor. No.12 has 8/8 sash with brick segmental arch and C20
stable door at first floor, ground floor partly covered by
brick flat-roofed extension, recessed 2-light casement at
second floor.
