Mary

GV II

Chest tomb. Mid C19. Sandstone ashlar. Plain lid with beaded
bed mould. Plain inscribed side panels with incised border
with inset quadrant corners. Corner piers with double vertical
band incorporating horizontal fluting and joining at the head
in semi-circle. Plain plinth inset under side panels.
Commemorates Dorothy (wife of E. Broome) d.1841 and James
Beaumont d.1855. Included for group value.
