Farmhouse. C18 and C19 with earlier core. Rubble stone.
Plain-tile roofs. Integral brick gable-end chimneys. Integral
eaves brick chimney to rear extension.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 3-window front range. First floor with
central 2-light mullioned timber casement flanked by similar
3-light casements, all with leaded lights and segmental
arches. 2 similar 3-light ground-floor windows, flanking
central glazed panelled door of 4 lights under projecting
cantilevered gabled slate canopy. 2 second-floor casements,
one with leaded lights. 2 stone buttresses (between windows
and door) at ground floor. 2-storey rear wing: rear gable has
3-light casement, the return side a 2-light first-floor
casement over rear back door. Side and gable-end ground floors
partly masked by tiled outshuts.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
