Washhouse. Probably later C18 or early C19. White-painted
coursed rubble with quoins, graduated slate roof. Small
rectangular building on north-south axis facing east. One low
storey, with a square-headed doorway to the left, a square
9-pane fixed window and a square chimney on the north gable.
Forms group with Burton Hill Farmhouse (qv) and barn to
north-east (qv). INTERIOR: not inspected.
Formerly described as "Washhouse to west".
