Small house. Probably 1863 (date on sundial); altered.
Roughly-coursed thin sandstone rubble with regular quoins,
slate roof. Double-depth, double-fronted plan, with a short
back wing. 2 storeys and 2 windows, symmetrical; with a small
gabled stone-slab porch in the centre, a large square sundial
mounted on the wall above this, with Roman numerals and date
1863, and 16-pane windows on both floors, all now top-hung
casements imitating sashes. Gable chimneys. Left gable wall
has a lean-to porch coupled with a small gabled outhouse; and
windows similar to those at the front.
