Barn. Probably early C18, extended and altered. Coursed
sandstone rubble with quoins and some through-stones, slate
roof with red ridge tiles. Rectangular plan on east-west axis
facing south, with extension at east end. The main range has a
large doorway in the centre, a pair of smaller doorways to the
left and 2 square loft windows above. The extension to the
right has a segmental-headed wagon entrance at the junction,
with rubble voussoirs (now distorted, and the masonry above
sagging). INTERIOR not inspected.
Forms part of a prominent farmstead group with Clough
Farmhouse (qv).
